With with over 18 highly automated production lines including SMT machines, Junlan is able to achieve an annual production capability of over 6 million products of all kinds.

Junlan has even built an Alexa Pre-test room under Amazon's Official Guidance to provide self-tests of checklists provided by Amazon to ensure that products meet functional, user experience, music and acoustic (optional) requirements. It is one of the five Amazon approved pre-test rooms in China. Junlan uses the Amazon Alexa intelligent voice engine, which is second only to Amazon itself. It is also the earliest manufacturer to mass-produce and ship Alexa intelligent speakers. Therefore, Amazon has specially established a Alexa Voice Performance Pretest Lab for Junlan. The test results of the Alexa intelligent speaker developed by Junlan can be directly transmitted to the Amazon Alexa platform for review. In 2017, Junlan was certified as the white-box solution provider of Amazon Alexa Voice Service and has provided a number of white box solutions since then.

Junlan Electronic (Thailand) Co., Ltd. was estabilished in Apr.2025,located in 106/29 Moo.8, T.Banglamung, A.Banglamung, Chonburi 20150, Thailand. Thailand Factory certified by ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015, undertake annual social responsibility and passed SCAN security audit &SEDEX (Sedex members ethical trade audit). And passed the technical audit - FCCA audit. All production lines with management mechanisms and advanced real-time quality control systems are the same as those in the Shenzhen factory. The factories in Thailand can not only produce all the product categories produced by the factories in Shenzhen, but also specialized in TV Player, Portable & AI Monitor Series.
